New Store – Building Works
The building work at the Queen Elizabeth Avenue store is progressing well, we are firmly in the middle of the project and on target to complete everything and be fully operational to the general public during July 2021.
Ducati Glasgow – Staff
We have DG team members leaving for pastures new and wish them well on their new positions, we also have some new staff joining us.
There are ongoing technical training requirements and of course transition time between those departing and our new team members joining Ducati Glasgow. Unfortunately, we are experiencing serious disruption within the Aftersales department of the business which is simply unavoidable.
We are fully aware that this will be a serious inconvenience for many of our regular customers, however at this time the situation is outwith our control. Please be patient with us as we remedy this. Our team will still be operating using the Ducati Cares service with the addition of face masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing in place.
We are currently contacting our customers with a view to delaying current bookings for a period of 6/8 weeks. Each case is different, and we will be happy to discuss any specifics should you receive a call from us.
We are also at the final stages of securing another outlet north of Glasgow. The strategic move will see many customers residing north of the city and beyond be catered for both in Sales and more importantly Aftersales. This will also aid in the reduction of lead time to the current Glasgow workshop.
We are extremely sorry for any frustration and inconvenience that this may cause as we continue to rebuild, Ducati Glasgow. We firmly believe with our new premises opening in conjunction with our proposed additional operation, we will be in a far stronger position going forward.
Please feel free to contact a member of staff on – 0141 333 4998 should you have any specific questions or concerns.
